For job seekers
Turn your potential into evidence you can show.
The same record whether you are between jobs, changing direction, or proving what you learned by doing the work. Work you have already done counts as evidence — not only certificates — and nobody can search for you.
New skills.Newopportunities.A brighter you.

Your journey
From where you are to where you want to be
Five stages you return to — whether you are between jobs, changing direction, or proving what the work taught you.
1. Discover
Say where you are heading next, and what you already bring — including what you learned on the job.
2. Validate
Add the work you have done. A project delivered counts as a project, with whoever received it standing behind it.
3. Develop
See the one gap between your evidence and the role you want, and the steps that close it, reasoning shown.
4. Connect
Reach out to an employer or a mentor by your own act, scoped to what you choose to share.
5. Demonstrate
Send one view of your record, with the evidence behind it. Take it back when you choose.
Everything you need, in one place
The tools, the guidance and the way outward
Each part answers a question you actually ask — and none of them scores you.

Built this way
- Every claim keeps its source
- Never scored, never ranked
- Yours between jobs
Learn.Build.Prove.Grow.
- Build your Talent PassportThe shareable view of your record: what your evidence supports, and who stands behind it.
- Let your work countA project, a deliverable, a problem solved — evidence with its source, not only certificates.
- Take an assessment, if it helpsOne kind of evidence among several. Never the way in, never a score of you.
- Close the smallest meaningful gapLearning from anywhere counts — by the same mechanism as a certificate.
- Reach out to opportunitiesYou approach an employer; no employer approaches you through the record.
- Get guidance from a personA mentor or adviser, with the reasoning shown. No chatbot.
Illustrative journeys
What the record is for, between jobs and beyond
Three journeys the design is built around, from the side of the person looking for work.
Illustrative journeyA person between jobs
Adds three years of work as evidence — a system she ran, a team she trained — each with the manager who can vouch for it. When she approaches an employer, she sends one view, and the employer sees how strongly each claim is supported.
Illustrative journeySomeone changing direction
Wants to move from sales into design. The record shows what his evidence already supports, the one gap that matters, and how to close it. A mentor he approached sees the gap and the reasoning, never his raw evidence.
Illustrative journeyA person who learned by doing the work
Has no certificate, only the things he built. He declares them, marked as his own word, and asks the people he built them for to confirm. Each confirmation is a fact about that one entry — never a grade of him.
Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.
What you send, and what an employer sees
Claims that trace to evidence — never a score of you.
When you approach an employer, you send one view of your record. They receive claims that trace to evidence, the issuer behind each piece, and a plain account of how strongly each claim is supported. They do not receive a number about you, and they cannot go looking for more.
- No employer can browse, filter or rank you
- Your record is not a profile on a job board
- A share you withdraw is withdrawn
- Confidence is a fact about the evidence, claim by claim
- Comparing candidates stays the employer's judgement
It is not a job search. It is a record of what you can do, in your hands.
Confidence describes the evidence, never the person. A thin band means thin evidence.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for job seekers
Can an employer find me?
No. There is no search, no browsing and no ranking of people. An employer only ever receives what you chose to send them, and you can withdraw it.
Does work I did without a certificate count?
Yes. Work you have already done counts as evidence — a project delivered, a problem solved, a team you ran — with whoever received or reviewed it standing behind it. Until they confirm it, it counts as your own word, and it is marked as such.
Is this a job board?
No. A job board is an index of vacancies with employers searching the other side of it. Here nobody searches for you. You reach outward when you choose, to whom you choose, and no live external opportunity source is in public service yet.
Do I need to take an assessment first?
No. You begin with your goals and with what you can already do. An assessment is one kind of evidence you may choose to add, alongside your work, and it is never the way in.

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
What it rests on
- What it rests on
- An implementation exists and is being built against. It is not generally available, and no date for that is claimed.
