Zynaut Pathways is in development, and no price is published — not because it is hidden, but because it is not yet decided. This page says what each plan will cover, what will never be sold, and what we can say today.

Three kinds of plan
What each plan will cover.
Three audiences, three shapes of plan. None has a price yet; each has a boundary already.
Individuals
Students, job seekers and people at work. Starting your record will not cost you; what more is free to the person is being decided.

Schools, colleges and training providers. A plan will cover the deployment, programme-level views and support.

What we can say today
Honest, and short.
No price is published, because none is decided. A number on this page today would be a guess dressed as a plan.
No date is claimed. Pathways is in development, and a price follows availability, not the other way round.
What will be free to the person is being decided. Starting a record will not cost you; the line beyond that is a decision still being made, and it will be stated here when it is.
There is no intention of lock-in. A person's record is theirs and travels with them; a plan prices the service around the record, never the record itself.
Nothing that is the person's is for sale on any plan: not the record, not access to them, not their inclusion in any list.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
The intention is yes, in both directions, without losing your record. The exact terms are not decided, and no plan exists yet to move between. Whatever is decided, your record stays yours whichever plan you are on — and if you leave, it leaves with you.
Do you offer discounts for students or institutions?
Not decided. Whether the plan for individuals carries a student rate, and how institutional plans are priced, are both open decisions. What is decided is that starting a record will not cost the person, and that nothing that is the person's is sold to fund a discount.
Is there a free plan?
Starting your record will not cost you. What else is free to the person, and where a paid plan begins, is being decided. It will be stated here plainly when it is — without a trial clock or a countdown.
Is my data secure, and is it ever sold?
It is never sold. Nothing that is the person's — the record, access to them, their inclusion in any list — is for sale on any plan, at any price. Security is described on the trust pages as design commitments, and no certification is claimed.
Can I get a refund?
There is nothing to refund yet, because nothing is sold. When plans exist, the refund terms will be published with them, before any money changes hands, and in the same plain words as this page.
What payment methods are accepted?
None yet, because nothing is sold. When plans exist, the ways to pay will be stated with them. There is no payment field anywhere on this site today, and nothing on it asks for card details.
