For Employers

See what a person can do. Not just what they claim.

You receive what a person chose to send you: a view of their record, with every claim traceable to its evidence, and a plain account of how strongly it is supported. Nobody is searched, scored or ranked — comparing candidates stays your judgement.

Evidence.NotClaims.

Three men in suits stand in an office looking together at a red folder of documents, one with his arms crossed as he listens.

From an approach to a decision

How Zynaut Pathways works for an employer

You are the recipient. Every step begins with the person.

The shareable view
  1. 1. A person approaches you

By their own act, for a role or a conversation they chose. Nothing put them in front of you.

  2. 2. They send one view

A consented view of their record — the Talent Passport — scoped to a stated purpose and to what they chose to include.

  3. 3. You read the evidence

Each claim traces to the work, result or observation behind it, and to the issuer who stands behind that.

  4. 4. You see how well it is supported

A plain account, claim by claim, of how strongly the evidence supports what is claimed — and what was examined but not counted, and why.

  5. 5. You decide

Whether to interview, whether to hire, into which role. The record informs your judgement and never replaces it.

The employer's door

What you get, and what you never get

Stated the way every door on this site is stated: the offer, then the boundary that makes it worth having.

What arrives

Evidence you can read. Claims you can check.

A certificate says what someone passed. A resume says what they claim. A shared view says what they can do, and who stands behind each piece of it.

A young woman speaks earnestly across a desk to a person seen from behind who is writing on a clipboard.

Built this way

  • Person-initiated
  • Never a score
  • Designed for India's DPDP Act

Verifiedby whom?It says.

  • The work itself, with its sourceA project keeps who set it and who reviewed it. A result keeps the body that set the test. A certificate keeps its issuer.
  • Whose word it isAn entry confirmed by its issuer is marked so. An entry that is only the person's own word is marked so too — and still counts.
  • Support, claim by claimHow strongly the evidence supports each claim — a fact about the evidence, never a verdict on the person.
  • What was left out, and whyEvery conclusion in the view lists the evidence it used and the evidence it did not count, with a reason for each.

Illustrative journeys

What receiving a record is like

Three journeys the design is built around, from the side of the people who hire.

  • A man in a navy suit stands in an office doorway holding a piece of paper while two seated colleagues at desks turn to look at him.Illustrative journey

A hiring manager at a small firm

Receives a view from an applicant who built the thing the role needs. The project keeps who set it and who reviewed it; she reads how strongly it supports his claim and decides to interview. No other applicant was ranked against him.

  • A woman sits on a grey sofa in a calm modern office, hands clasped, looking at the camera with a composed, kind expression.Illustrative journey

A recruiter at a large company

Used to searching profiles. Here there is nothing to search. What arrives is what candidates chose to send, one view each — and the evidence behind each claim is readable, which is more than a resume ever gave her.

  • A woman in a grey dress holding a blue folder gestures mid-conversation with a seated colleague in a bright glass-walled office.Illustrative journey

    A team lead reading a self-taught claim

Sees that a claim of building web services is supported by work the applicant did alone, marked as her own word. It is thin evidence, not a weak person — and the view says exactly what would strengthen it.

Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.

Nobody searches for you

A person reaches you. You cannot reach them.

Zynaut Pathways is not a job board and has no other side for an employer to search. There is no index of people, no filter and no ranking. What reaches you is one consented view, sent by a person who chose to approach you — and comparing candidates stays your judgement, informed by evidence you can read.

  • No search, browsing or ranking of people
  • One view at a time, for a stated purpose
  • Every claim traces to its evidence and issuer
  • Confidence is about the evidence, claim by claim
  • The person can withdraw the view
You receive what a person chose to send. The decision stays yours.

How strongly each claim is supported — claim by claim, never one number

A claim in the person's own words

Questions employers ask

Before the first view arrives

All questions
  • How would I ever see a record?

Only when a person sends you a view of their record, after they approached you, not before. You cannot search for people. What you receive is their evidence, who stands behind each piece, and how strongly each claim is supported. Comparing candidates remains your judgement, not the record's.

  • Is there a score I can sort candidates by?

No. Nothing produces a score, a rating or a rank of a person. What you receive is how well each claim is supported, claim by claim, with the evidence behind it. Comparing people is your judgement, made on evidence you can read.

  • What does verified mean here?

That the issuer behind an entry has confirmed it: the body that set a test, the institution that issued a certificate, the person who set or reviewed a piece of work. It is a fact about one entry, never a grade of the person. An unconfirmed entry still counts, marked as the person's own word.

  • Can I keep the view after the person withdraws it?

No. Access is scoped to the purpose the person stated, and they can withdraw it. A share withdrawn is withdrawn. What you noted or decided in the meantime is yours; the record itself never was.

Status: In development

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.

What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
