Trust, Privacy & Governance

People first. Trust always.

Zynaut Pathways is designed so the record of what you can do stays yours: collected for a stated purpose, shown only where you allow, and never turned into a score. This page says how it is built — and what is not claimed.

Your Data.Your Rights.A BrighterTomorrow.

A young woman in a denim jacket looks directly at the camera, smiling, with one hand touching her hair, against a plain bright background.

Our principles

A safer, fairer and more inclusive record.

Six commitments the design is held to. They describe how the platform is built — not what a third party has verified.

  • Privacy by defaultCollect what the purpose requires, and no more.
  • TransparencySee who added each entry, and what a conclusion used and left out.
  • User controlYou choose who sees what, for which purpose and for how long.
  • FairnessNothing scores, ranks or compares you as a person.
  • SafetyA guardian's role is recorded, bounded and endable.
  • Social responsibilityA record of your own word alone is still a valid record.

The governance boundary

Eight controls every layer sits inside.

The boundary surrounds the architecture rather than following it. Nothing in Pathways operates outside these controls.

The platform architecture
  • PrivacyCollect what the purpose requires and no more.
  • Consent and purposeA declared purpose, and a lawful basis for it.
  • SecurityControls on access, transit and storage.
  • Access and permissionWho may consume which capability, and on whose behalf.
  • ProvenanceWhere a fact came from, and whether it is still current.
  • Human oversightA person accountable for consequential outcomes.
  • AuditA record of what was used to decide what.
  • CorrectionA route to fix what is wrong, and to remove it.

Our promise to you

Your trust is the foundation, not a feature.

Pathways is built so the record of what you can do stays yours. The design is written down, the controls are named, and the reasoning behind any conclusion can be read — by you, and by anyone you choose to show it to.

  • Consent recorded, purpose stated, revocable
  • Every entry keeps its issuer and its date
  • Guardian access is bounded and can be ended
  • A person accountable for every consequential outcome
  • A route to contest, and a route to correct
Trust is not a feature. It is the foundation.

Plainly stated

What we do not claim

A trust page that overstates is the least trustworthy page on a site. So this one says what is not claimed as clearly as what is.

No certification is held or claimed. Zynaut holds no ISO information-security certification and no SOC report, and none is implied anywhere on this site. When one exists, it will be published with its scope, its issuing body and its dates.

No regulatory approval is claimed. Pathways is designed for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. That is a statement about how it is built, not a finding by any regulator.

No customer, learner or adoption figure is published. Zynaut Pathways is in development and not generally available. A number that has not been measured, dated and verified does not appear here.

Why

Zynaut keeps a proof register: every claim this site could carry, what would have to exist before it could be published, and who can change its standing. Nothing is published until its row in that register is cleared. Today, none is.

If you find a statement on this site that reads as a claim we have not earned, tell us through the contact form. It will be corrected.

Questions people ask

Trust, in plain answers

All questions
  • Who owns my record?

You do. It is held for you and travels with you when you leave a school, college or employer. An institution's view of you is bounded and permissioned from the start, and it ends with the programme. Zynaut engineers the platform; it does not own the record.

  • Is my record used to train Zynaut's models?

Not by default, and not as a by-product of use. Nothing leaves an offering without a declared purpose, a lawful basis and a permission covering that use. How data and permission are handled between offerings is set out under Responsible AI.

  • Does Zynaut hold any security certification?

No, and none is claimed. The security page describes how the platform is designed, not what a third party has verified. When a certification exists, it will be published with its scope, its issuing body and its validity dates rather than as a badge.

  • Which law is the design written for?

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Collection is limited to the purpose, consent is recorded, and a person can ask what is held, have it corrected or have it erased. Designed for that Act is a statement about the build, not a regulator's finding.

  • How do I raise a concern or a grievance?

Through the contact form, or through the data rights page for a request about your own data. A person, not a system, reads every request and acknowledges it. The grievance route is set out on the data rights page.

  • What if the record says something wrong about me?

Every conclusion carries a route to contest it, and a person reads the challenge. The record also shows which evidence it counted, which it did not, and why — so you can see what would have to change, not only that you disagree.
