1What this notice covers
This notice covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It is published by Zynaut Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., the company that trades as Zynaut. Where this notice says “we”, it means that company.
It does not cover Zynaut Pathways or any other product. Each Pathways deployment will publish its own privacy terms, written for the data that deployment holds. Nothing on this site creates a Pathways record, so nothing here describes one.
The registered office address is not published on this site. It is available on request through the enquiry form.
2What we collect
The enquiry form is the only place this site collects anything. Every form on the site — contact, demo, interest list, data request and grievance — is the same form, sent the same way, and this notice covers all of them.
- Your name, so we know who to reply to.
- Your email address, the only route we use to answer you.
- Your organisation, if you choose to give one. Leaving it blank changes nothing.
- The enquiry type you chose from the list.
- Your message, exactly as you wrote it.
- Which page you sent it from, and when.
Returning a page requires the server to handle the network address it came from; that is how the web works. When you submit the form, that address is held in memory briefly to limit how many enquiries one connection can send. It is not recorded and not attached to your message.
The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs for operation and security, as any host does. We do not use them to identify visitors or to build any picture of who reads this site.
3Why we use it
We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you. If you asked about a demo, we arrange a demo. If you asked a question, we answer it. If you asked what we hold about you, we tell you.
We do not use your enquiry for marketing. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
The one list on this site is the interest list on the Get Started page. If you join it, we write to you when there is something you can use, and only then. That is what you asked for, and it is all we use it for.
Nothing here profiles you. This site scores, ranks or searches nobody; it is a publication with a form attached.
4Lawful basis and consent
We handle what you send on the basis of your consent. You choose to write to us, for a purpose the form states, and you can stop at any time. This notice is designed for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: a stated purpose, your consent for that purpose, and a route to withdraw it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time through the Data Rights page. If you do, we stop using your enquiry and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it, in which case we tell you that.
We make no claim of certification, and no claim of conformance verified by anyone else. We describe what the site does, and you can check it.
5How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry while it is open and for a reasonable period after it is resolved, in case you write back. Then it is deleted.
We do not state a fixed number of days, because we would rather say what we do than print a figure we cannot evidence. If a retention schedule is set, it will appear here with the date it was set.
You do not have to wait. Ask for deletion through the Data Rights page and we delete the enquiry, whether or not it is resolved.
6Who receives it
When you submit the form, your message is posted to a delivery service we configure, which carries it to the people at Zynaut who answer enquiries. That is the route, and it is the whole route.
The hosting provider that serves this site processes the request, as any host must. No advertising network, no analytics service and no social platform receives anything, because none is present on the site.
We would disclose an enquiry only if a law required it, and we would tell you unless the law forbade that.
8Security
Your enquiry travels encrypted between your browser and this site. The form is checked on the server, not only in your browser, and nothing you type is echoed back into a page unescaped.
Access to enquiries is limited to the people who answer them. We claim no security certification. We describe what is in place, and we will say so if it changes.
If enquiry data is ever exposed, we will tell the people affected directly rather than waiting to be asked, and describe what happened rather than characterise it.
9Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect a child's personal data through it.
A parent or guardian may write to us about a child. We answer the parent, we keep what we hold about the child to what the parent chose to tell us, and we use it only to answer.
If you believe a child has sent an enquiry through this site, tell us through the Data Rights page and we will delete it.
10Your rights
You can ask what we hold from an enquiry you sent, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance if you are unhappy with how we handled any of this.
These rights are designed for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You exercise them on the Data Rights & Grievance page, through two forms that reach the same people who answer enquiries. A person reads every request.
You do not have to give a reason, and nothing else changes because you asked.
11Where your data is hosted
This website is hosted in India. If that changes, this notice will say so, with the date.
We do not transfer what you send to anyone for their own use, in India or elsewhere. Your enquiry goes to the people who answer it, and nowhere else.
12Changes to this notice, and how to reach us
We change this notice whenever the site behaves differently. The version number and date at the top change with it, so the stamp is the thing to check. We do not announce changes separately.
If anything here does not match what the site does, the notice is wrong, and we would like to know. Write to us through the enquiry form and a person will answer.
