You, and whoever you choose to show one view of it to, for a stated purpose, for as long as you allow. An institution or programme sees aggregates, built so no individual is exposed — never your record itself, and you only under a permission you granted. A parent or guardian, under a recorded permission, sees how the record is growing and what it suggests next — never the evidence itself.

Can an employer find me?

No. There is no search, no browsing and no ranking of people. An employer only ever receives what you chose to send them, and you can withdraw it.

Does it replace my certificates, or records I already hold elsewhere?

No. It is designed to sit above the records you already hold, not to replace them. A certificate remains a certificate; here it becomes one piece of evidence with its issuer attached.

Three journeys the design is built around

From the side of a person changing direction, a parent, and a programme that answers to the public.

Adds the work she has actually done — a job, a project, years caring for a family — as evidence, each entry marked with where it came from. Her record shows what that evidence supports today and the one gap that matters for where she wants to go next.

Is invited under a permission that is recorded and can be ended. He sees how his child's record is growing and what it suggests next, in plain words — never the evidence itself, and never a comparison with any other child.
A programme sponsor
