Talent Passport
Your record. Your evidence. Ready to show.
The Talent Passport is the shareable view of your Zynaut Pathways record: one picture of it, chosen by you, for a named recipient, for a stated purpose, for as long as you allow — with every claim traceable to the evidence and the issuer behind it.

- What was left out, and whySo the reader can see the working
- Owned by youThe record stays whole, and stays yours
- One view at a timeA picture of the record, not the record
- Purpose-limitedFor a stated reason, to a named recipient
- RevocableA share you withdraw is withdrawn
- PortableIt travels with you, anywhere
More than a profile
What a consented view contains
A view is a filtered picture of your record, assembled for one recipient. Everything in it traces back to the record — and to you.
- Your directionWhere you said you are heading, if you chose to include it
- CapabilitiesWhat you can do, described in the words a job is described in
- EvidenceWork, results, observations — each with its issuer
- Curated workThe projects and portfolio you chose to show
- Confidence, per claimHow strongly each claim is supported
- What was not countedAnd the reason for each
Your story. Your strength.
Show someone who has never met you.
A resume says what you claim. A certificate says what you passed. A shared view of your record shows what you can do, with the evidence behind each claim, who stands behind it, and how strongly it is supported — so the person reading it can see the working, and comparing candidates stays their judgement.
- Portable — the record travels with you
- Evidence-based — every claim keeps its source
- Purpose-limited — for a stated reason, to a named recipient
- Revocable — ended whenever you choose
- Never a score of you, and never searchable

Real stories, as the design intends them
What a shared view is for
Three journeys, from the side of the person sharing and the person receiving.
A final-year student
Approaches an employer she chose, and sends one view of her record: the projects she built, the results behind them, and how strongly each claim is supported. When the process ends, she withdraws the view. Her record is unchanged and still hers.
A person returning to work
Has spent years caring for a family, and adds that as evidence in his own words, marked as his own. The view he shares says exactly what is confirmed and what is not — so the reader can trust it, because it shows where each claim came from.
A hiring manager
Receives what a person chose to send, after that person approached her — not before. No search, no shortlist she did not build, no score. She sees the evidence, who stands behind it, and what the record did not count. Comparing candidates remains her judgement.
Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.
Questions
Questions about sharing
Is the Talent Passport the product?
No. Zynaut Pathways is the record. The Talent Passport is one capability inside it: the view of the record you choose to share. The record stays whole and stays yours; a passport is one filtered picture of it, for one recipient, for one purpose, for as long as you allow.
What happens when I withdraw a share?
The recipient's access ends. What they had was one view, for a stated purpose and a limited time — never your record itself. Withdrawing it changes nothing in your record, and you can share a different view, with someone else, whenever you choose.
Who can see my record?
You, and whoever you choose to show one view of it to, for a stated purpose, for as long as you allow. An institution or programme sees aggregates, built so no individual is exposed — never your record itself, and you only under a permission you granted. A parent or guardian, under a recorded permission, sees how the record is growing and what it suggests next — never the evidence itself.
Can an employer find me?
No. There is no search, no browsing and no ranking of people. An employer only ever receives what you chose to send them, and you can withdraw it.
Does it replace my certificates, or records I already hold elsewhere?
No. It is designed to sit above the records you already hold, not to replace them. A certificate remains a certificate; here it becomes one piece of evidence with its issuer attached.
I am an employer. How would I ever see a record?
Only when a person sends you a view of their record, after they approached you, not before. You cannot search for people. What you receive is their evidence, who stands behind each piece, and how strongly each claim is supported. Comparing candidates remains your judgement, not the record's.

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
