Opportunities
Real opportunities. On your terms.
Opportunities in Zynaut Pathways are where you reach outward — to an employer, a programme, a project, a mentor — by your own act and under your own permission. Nobody searches for you, nothing ranks you, and no system scores your prospects.

Opportunities for every aspiration.
Six kinds of opportunity a person may pursue, described as things you can point your record at — not a catalogue, not a search, and not a list that anyone else compiles about you.
- JobsApproach an employer with one view of your record: claims that trace to evidence, and how strongly each is supported.
- InternshipsShow what you can already do before the placement begins — and add what you did there when it ends.
- ProjectsWork on something real. A project is evidence, attested by whoever set it, received it or reviewed it.
- WorkshopsLearn from people who do the work. What you take away enters the record the same way as anything else.
- EventsMeet employers and programmes in person — and choose, afterwards, whether to send anyone a view.
- CompetitionsPut work in front of judges. A result is one piece of evidence, with the organiser's name on it.
How an introduction works
You choose. You scope. You send. You can take it back.
The person reaches outward — to a mentor, an institution, a programme or an employer — by their own act and under their own permission. Nobody searches for them, nothing ranks them, and no system scores their prospects.
1. You choose
Who to approach, and for what purpose. Nothing puts you in front of anyone you did not choose.
2. You scope the view
One filtered picture of your record — which claims, which evidence — for that recipient, for that purpose, for a limited time.
3. You send
The introduction is yours. An adviser can make one only when you asked them to.
4. They receive
Claims that trace to evidence, the issuer behind each, and how strongly each is supported. No score, no rank, no comparison.
5. You withdraw
When the purpose ends, or whenever you choose. A share you withdraw is withdrawn.
Where this stands
What is live today — and what is not.
What is live today
The Connect stage of Pathways is where you reach outward. The capability that would help you see where your record could point — which roles, programmes and routes ask for what you can show — is called opportunity intelligence, and it is being built. Zynaut is building governed opportunity-intelligence capabilities intended to support the Connect stage of Zynaut Pathways. No live external opportunity source is approved for production, and none is in public service.
- Nothing on this page is a listing, and nothing here is a promise of one.
- What is described is the mechanism: you choose, you scope, you send, you withdraw.
- That mechanism does not depend on any external source, and it is the part that will not change.
What is not claimed
What the design refuses: nobody searches for you, nothing ranks you, nothing scores your prospects, and no share is permanent. What is not yet claimed for this stage:
- Live worldwide job data
- An approved production data source
- Public availability of opportunity records
Built for your terms
More than opportunities. A future you reach for.
A job board is an index of vacancies, with employers searching the other side of it. Pathways has no other side. You reach outward when you choose, to whom you choose, with one view of your record — and the person who receives it sees your evidence, never a score.
- You reach outward by your own act
- Under a permission you hold, and can end
- One consented view at a time
- No search, no browsing, no ranking of people
- Introductions an adviser makes only when you asked
Nobody searches for you. You reach outward when you choose, to whom you choose, and you can take a share back.
Nobody searches for you. Nothing ranks you. No system scores your prospects.
Real people. Real introductions.
Three ways a person reaches outward.
Illustrative journeys. In each, the introduction is the person's own act — and the view can be taken back.
Illustrative journeyA graduating student
Chooses two employers she wants to approach. For each she scopes a different view of her record — the projects that fit, the observation from her placement — and sends it herself. One conversation goes nowhere; she withdraws that view. The other is still hers to continue.
Illustrative journeyA job seeker between roles
Has work he did, not certificates. He adds it, his former supervisor confirms she watched it, and he sends a small programme a view scoped to that work. The programme cannot browse for people like him; it only ever sees what he chose to send.
Illustrative journeyA mentor asked to introduce
Is asked by the person she advises to make one introduction, to a workshop organiser. She makes that one — not others — and it is recorded in the person's record as theirs. What the organiser receives is the view the person scoped, not the mentor's opinion.
Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions about opportunities, answered.
Can an employer find me?
No. There is no search, no browsing and no ranking of people. An employer only ever receives what you chose to send them, and you can withdraw it.
Does Pathways list jobs?
Not today, and this page says so plainly. No live external opportunity source is approved for production, and none is in public service. What exists is the mechanism by which you reach outward with a view of your record — and that does not depend on any listing.
Can I take an introduction back?
Yes. Every share is one consented view, sent to a named recipient for a stated purpose and for a limited time. You can withdraw it at any point before that time ends, and a share you withdraw is withdrawn.
Can my adviser or college send my record for me?
Only an introduction you asked them to make, and only with the view you scoped. A placement office acts as an adviser you chose; it gains no search over students, and it does not replace the placement process your college runs. The introduction remains yours.

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
