Your data rights

Six rights, in plain words

These apply to personal data you sent through this website. Each one is exercised through the request form below.

  • AccessAsk what we hold from an enquiry you sent, where it went, and who read it. The answer is short, because the path is short.
  • CorrectionAsk for anything inaccurate or incomplete to be corrected. Tell us which enquiry, and what should change.
  • DeletionAsk for an enquiry to be deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to wait for it to be resolved.
  • PortabilityAsk for a copy of what you sent, in a form you can read and reuse. For an enquiry, that is the message and the fields you filled in.
  • Withdraw consentWithdraw the consent you gave when you wrote to us. We stop using the enquiry and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it, in which case we tell you.
  • Restrict useAsk us to keep an enquiry but stop using it — for example, while a correction or a grievance is being looked at.

Tell us what you would like us to do and, if you can, when and how you interacted with Zynaut. We will confirm your identity before acting on anything.

We use what you send here only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. See the privacy notice for detail.

Grievance

Raise a grievance

If you believe your data has been mishandled, or a request was not dealt with properly, tell us what happened and what you would like put right.

What happened, when, and what you would like to see put right. A person reads every grievance; nothing here is decided by a system.

In full

1What this page covers

This page covers personal data you sent through this website — an enquiry, a demo request, an interest-list sign-up, or an earlier data request or grievance. It is published by Zynaut Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., the company that trades as Zynaut.

It does not cover data held inside any Zynaut Pathways deployment. Each deployment handles data rights for the people whose records it holds, and publishes its own route for them.

2Who this applies to

Anyone who has written to us through this site can use this page. That includes a parent or guardian who wrote about a child; we answer the parent.

If you use Zynaut Pathways through an institution, an employer or a programme, your record and the rights over it are handled by that deployment. Its own privacy terms will tell you where to go, and we can point you there if you ask.

3How to make a request

Use the request form above. Choose the kind of request, give the name and email address you used when you wrote to us, and say which enquiry it concerns. You do not need an account, and you do not have to give a reason.

If your request does not fit the list, choose ‘something else’ and describe it. A person reads it either way.

You can ask someone else to write on your behalf. Say so, and we will verify with you before acting.

4How we verify identity

Before we release, change or delete anything, we check that you are the person the data is about. For an enquiry, that usually means matching the name and email address to the original message, and replying to that address.

We ask for the least we need to be sure. We do not ask for identity documents to act on an enquiry, and we would never ask you to send them through the form.

5Timelines

We acknowledge every request and every grievance promptly, and we resolve them as required by applicable law. We keep you informed along the way, at the address you gave.

We do not print a number of days here. A figure we cannot evidence would be a promise made to sound good, and this site does not make those. When a schedule is set, it will appear here with the date it was set.

6If you are not satisfied

Raise a grievance with us first, through the form above; that is what it is for, and most concerns are resolved there.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India, the body established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in the manner that Act and its rules provide. Nothing on this page limits that right.

7Grievance officer

A named officer, responsible for answering questions about personal data and for handling grievances, will be published on this page once appointed. Until then, requests and grievances reach the team through the two forms above, and a person is accountable for each one.

We do not publish a name we have not confirmed, and we do not publish an email address for this purpose while the forms are the route that works.

8Changes to this page

This page changes whenever the way we handle requests changes, and when the officer is named. The version number and date at the top are the record.

Your trust, kept

Your data is yours. That includes what you sent us.

If you want to know what we hold, change it, or have it deleted, use the forms above. If you have a question first, write to us and a person will answer.
